    I just ordered SmartGuard for both my Bold and Curve. When I try to activate it with the activation code provided, it says PIN not in their datbase (I am CERTAIN i put in the correct ones). When I try to set up an account, entering the info and registering gives me an error and asks me to try again later.....for two days. I have tried their FAQ suggestions, emailed them (no response yet) and even tried to switch the PIN to see if they were sent with wrong device.

    Has anyone else had these problems, and if so how was it resolved?

    Sheesh...I must be soooo impatient. Nevermind the above. They finally got back to me and all is very well.
