Just like the title said, I got a z10 and want to transfer ALL my data fro the Q to Z. I have downloaded the Blackberry link and installed it, so what is next?

been looking on the net and i am a bit confuse.

it seems that I can back up from my Q10 then plug in the z10 and restore the back up file into it

or

use the switch device option in the blackberry link

What should I do? I don't want to lose ANY of my data. I want EVERYTHING from my Q to Z

Best yo use the device switch in BBlink as that will only copy compatible data and BBlink will tell you. Back up and restore could create issues for you, except you're only backing up and restoring media. Apps and settings could be an issue, try the device switch function first, but do a full backup of your Q10 before you start anything
