I've been reading posts on android central about the upcoming update of android 7.0 and I was wondering:
Does anybody know if the BlackBerry android devices will be getting this update as well?

I would say it's highly likely, given their commitment to getting updates out for their Android phones so far. With the 50 being carrier-free, I expect it will get 7.0 before the Priv on a widespread scale.

Feels like 6.0 only came out. These constant 'upgrades' are tiresome. :'(

So far seems OK. I mean it's either that or Apple..with Google at least there is competition and for now, Blackberry.

Nougat will most likely make its Blackberry premiere with the next BB Android device which is the codenamed Mercury pkb for Spring 2017 then updates to PRIV and DTEK50 to follow some weeks afterwards.

How do you think the google assistant will be implemented on the blackberry version? A long press on the home button now gives three options...Do you think they'll put same function as the pixel?
