Sure if more developers will port their Android apps to BlackBerry world we would all be better off.

They honestly sound less interested in protecting devs than hoping to deprive BB10 users of something that might be useful and kinda levels the playing field...

If the guy said the devs don't really care about blackberry, then why in the blue hell they care to waste 8min 21sec talking about it? Must be getting pretty boring in android world and they need a drama. Lol
On the bright side, maybe this will stir up something on the devs to send their Android app to BlackBerry World.

They are jealous. Especially since BlackBerry 10 can handle Android apps better than 80% of Android devices.

    Yes that's correct folks

Wow it is hot over there.

First they are saying it's stealing the app if you don't download the free app from an authorized location. Then at another point it is stealing I'd you run the app on a non authorized device (i.e. Running BBM on a Nexus 7 is stealing).

They are jumping around. I literally LOL'd when Bla1ze said ...

Then I pirated the Android Central app, I'm sorry Phil. :P

I don't agree with those guys atall. Amazing how Phil is so reserved and quiet about BlackBerry in the presence of Kevin but the flood gates open when he is safe behind his mic with Krispy Kreme.

I didn't hear one good reason why this new method of loading apps was bad for Android developers. Just sounded like a couple of kids threatening to quit and take their ball home.

I've never been a fan of AC. I just don't like the culture over there. I feel they give the fair and unbiased Android users a bad rep.

In very short order the Android runtime will run Android apps better than most Android devices. This pisses them off and they know it

The Android runtime on BlackBerry 10 already runs Android apps better than most Android devices. This is a tough pill to swallow for a hard core Android fan.

Look, I can understand that piracy is evil and all that. But really your taking this out on BlackBerry and not on yourselves. Seesh I bet even if BlackBerry didn't have this, I bet most people would turn a blind eye towards this piracy issue for the most part. (not saying all android users approve of piracy nor are BlackBerry users are saints either.

I don't know I really just don't like people giving double standards like that.

Wow. I understand this for paid apps, but free ones? Given the chance, I buy apps that I like. Recently I've been hitting the Amazon app store, but where did I end up getting my Kindle app from? A .bar posted on CB. I tried the one from the Amazon app store, but it didn't play nice with my screen size. So, Amazon had it posted in BlackBerry world, but not for my device. Means they didn't intend for me to have it. Someone else pulled it and posted it here and I sideloaded it. Guess that makes me a pirate then. Time to load up gimp and make a ?? logo'd jolly roger for my wallpaper
