Has anyone downloaded the Android CB10 app? I got rid of the native version after using it, it's just way way better than the native one. Displays all content properly, is pretty fast, the UI is nicer. This really shouldn't be the case, but I guess it's mostly due to the limitations with viewing characters and html with cascades.

Wow that kind of sucks or does it? An android app runs better than a native BB10 app? No wonder they are working so much on the runtime.

That is incredibly sad if that's the case. Understandable though since the CB app has so many issues on BB10.

There is no way CB10 should be using more system resources than BBM...

I'm embarrassed to ask, but how do you get device monitor in a dark theme?

Only for the Z30 and the Q10 (devices with the OLED screen) to conserve battery atm

no pic posting means that cb10 is superior for me.
But each person will have their own opinion. In life, there and lovers, haters, normal people and crackberry.
Lovers are positive about everything, haters are the opposite.
Normal people will always have their preferences.
Crackberry people will like or dislike something just because someone else disliked or liked that thing. They'll even like things because the friggin button is there for them to do as they like.

Not sure why the OP finds Android version superior.
I like how BB10 scrolls lists - it does slowly so I could read the contents (this is not related to CB10 but to BB in general).

Whenever I try to open articles, BB10 is way faster than Samsung 4:

I believe they could optimize Android version to be as fast as BB10 but after I saw how BlackBerry implemented BBM on Android I don't feel like speed and gestures are there yet.

Yes, but native android and native BlackBerry look and feel differently. Android is Halo design, menus at the top. BlackBerry is gestures and bottom menus
