Amazon.com BB Pricing
Hello all;
I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this question, but it seems good to me (I also posted this in the "Social Users" section, just in case...)
I was with sprint for about 4 years, and then I switched over to T-Mobile in November to get a blackberry.
I bought the phone off of Amazon, and I guess I just didn't noticed the obvious box on the page that deals with the pricing ($250 off the price), and how if you terminate or change your service plan, Amazon reserves the right to take back the $250 (straight from your card, without your approval).
I switched back to Sprint last month because I honestly couldn't stand T-Mobile.
So what I'm wondering is...is that notice just an empty threat? Does Amazon have any way of actually knowing if you cancel your service? Has this ever happened to anyone, with Amazon trying to take money from you?
Thanks in advance for your help.
