Because the OP is using an 8520 (if the profile is up to date)

Unless you're one of the few in the world still rocking the old Pearl 81xx phones. Then you're still stuck at 4.5.

If you're not a power user, those are great phones!

OMG anything below 6 is way to slow for a power user.
I love my 9000, but with just a few must have apps it got
way too slow. For regular phone use its fine.

I will never understand why people have an upgrade in a OS available to them yet don't upgrade?

    Is there a reason OP?

I'm currently using a Flip 8220 for personal use (running a custom 4.6/5.0/6.0 hybrid) as well as an 8110 for business use -- I'm working on hybridizing them both. Using CrunchSMS, these are awesome phones! I'm working on making them better so that lower income people who still want access to a smartphone (or people of any income level on a budget) can still have a decent phone with a decent OS with decent specifications in terms of app compatibility!

Some people are set in their ways and don't wanna mess with their device, think how many people are on Windows XP still.
