New to the forum so I'm sure these have been asked before...

1. When I don't want an alarm to go off during work is there a way to silence it other than shutting off all alerts? I have started doing this but was wondering if there's still a way to turn off my phone when doing this so that it doesn't wake up again when the alarm is set to go off.

2. Custom ringtones for individual contacts. I seem to have a problem with this one too. I set text/call alerts for one person and in silent or vibrate mode the alerts still go off! The normal text/call ringtones for the rest of my contacts does not go off. Is there a way to fix this?

when u say turning off all alerts - do you mean via the profiles? or via the appointment its self?
