    Yeah, those are the sponsored posts.

    I personally don't like those types of posts, just like I don't like Promoted Tweets on Twitter (though Twitter for BlackBerry doesn't have them, unlike Twitter for iOS and Android). At most I'd say maybe BlackBerry should consider having an option to turn the sponsored posts on or off for BlackBerry 10 devices, because apparently some people on BlackBerry 10 want to see ads in their BBM feed.
