Meeting request can be accepted/declined only from the message view? Is there a way we can do the same from calendar view? I have some recurring meeting. They may not be available in the eMail message view. So there is no way we can accept a particular recurring meeting from calender view?
This will vary slightly, depending upon which device and OS version you're using and whether you're on BIS or BES service. (You haven't specified in your profile or post.)
Try this. When you receive a meeting request, open that email message. Go to Menu > View on Calendar. This opens that meeting request in your calendar, so you can see if it conflicts with any other appointments. If it doesn't, you know you're good to accept it. (Also, this is a good time to change the reminder time to suit you.) Close the calendar. You should now be back to your meeting request, where you can accept or decline as appropriate.
