I have a verizon 9630 and have never had a single problem. I've had etrade since 12/09 and today it (etrade) said it needed an upgrade, I did it and since. My phone has problems. won't answer calls. slow to wake. once I get to home menu, cannot navigate to etrade icon, or options, or anything to delete etrade. I've pulled the battery 4 or 5 times. I've been looking for a navigation shortcut to get to the proper menu to delete etrade. Any advice would be appreciated. I upgraded software about 3 weeks ago, but it's been fine. thx
I've since figured out how to delete etrade but the track ball is inoperable in certain menus.
