Hi hope someone can help me! I've never had a problem downloading mp3 files or video files on my BB 9300 curve - but the last few months it either fails downloading imediatly, or it takes 5 min to download 2% but then fails. When it downloads its also at 1KB or 2KB where it usually was at a high number.

I've recently upgraded my OS to the latest hoping to sort this problem out but nothing changed!

Any help?

Do you have this issue with other things? like slow browsing and such?
Do you use WIFI or mobile internet?

Hi, no my browsing is fast, even the sites i want to download from is fast, only when i want to actually download the problem begins.

i use the mobile internet, but i've tried using wifi as well, no changes.

Hi, I have a 9300 Curve too. Have you tried a site called TUBIDY?? I find it fast and reliable........ FREE downloads too, try it and see if it helps!!
