8830 WE vs Pearl
Yesterday I bought an 8830 WE and I love it. However, I did not know that it doesn't support streaming media. I also would like to get a stereo bluetooth. Just a little worried that the Pearl is too small. Might go to Sprint tomorrow and check it out. Few questions though:
Is the 8830 OS supposed to upgrade sometime to the same as the Pearl?
Has anyone ever done this? Would Sprint let me switch?
I got this mainly to replace my iPod Touch. I don't want to carry around both that and my phone. So I would like to listen to music. Is the Pearl a bit better for that?
Finally, the GPS. I really like Sprint Navigation. Would it work just as well on the Pearl? Or does it look weird on the smaller screen?
Thanks.

It wouldn't look weird on the screen, but it would be smaller.
I like my Pearl and love it over the Curve, typing wise. If the screen is a concern, then stick with the 8830. I actually like the form factor of the Pearl as it doesn't feel like a brick.

I have both an iPod Touch and a Pearl. LOVE them both!
I use the Pearl for music if the battery on the Touch goes dead, and the sound quality is fantastic. Also, I love using a standard headphone on the Pearl, as opposed to having to find a compatible connector like I had with my Krzr - the Pearl has the same headphone jack as an iPod.
I do not like typing on the Curve - I love the Suretype. If you prefer the qwerty though, go with the Curve. It's basically the same as a Pearl just bigger.
