    Can anybody help, I used to be able to see what number was calling, no I just get caller unknown. Even if they are in my address book.

    Is there a setting or something I may have touched?

    Just curious, but did you recently purchase this BB? Also, can you remember the last thing you installed on your BB prior to not being able to see the caller ID?
