    Hello, I am using an 8130 on Verizon and have Desktop 4.5 installed. I have not changed anything in terms of software in quiet a while. For the last 3-4 weeks I have been unable to backup my 8130 in the Desktop Manager. I get an error that device data not recognized. The error seems to come up when backing up profiles. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it? Thanks

    same problem, can't backup......everything works fine until it gets to the profiles, then it throws the error.....
