    This morning, out of the blue my 8120 stopped receiving messages. All PIN, gmail and blackberry.net messages are not coming in. I can send all of the above and the recipients get them but nothing comes back. I have even re-installed the OS and the problem persists. I have checked with my peers and they are not having any issues with theirs.

    I have resent the service books as well but nothing. Any ideas?

    The menu key register sent an email to me saying successfully registered. Still not receiving.

    I can make calls and SMS works fine.

    Go ahead and resend your service books again, considering, these are all email issues you are having...

    I tried resending the service books but my BB is not receiving anything. I can send email no problems. I can also send BB messenger messages but when people reply, I get nothing.

    I tried connecting the browser and it won't connect either. This is so strange.

    You dont get the activation msg once the service books have been sent?

    Id call Rogers, somethings going on with your acct if the browser wont connect either..

    Actually my browser does work. Sorry. And, thanks for your help too. I just can't receive any messages except SMS.

    Odd, so again, you didnt get the activation msg? once you sent the service books?

    Id suggest removing, then adding your email.. or, call rogers, they may have to provision something...

    Ok, I hope it gets fixed, other than service books for email, thats about the only thing I know, the service books may need to be updated or refreshed or something

    Thanks for your advice Rachel. Rogers fixed it by doing some magic with the service books. Everything works again.
