After doing the 10.2.1. 2941 update , my Z10 doesn't seem to be reading my 64 gb SD card. If I go into the storage settings, I can see that there is music and pictures on the card ( it shows capacity used, etc) , yet when I go into the music app it displays no music and at the very top says "scanning memory card", but I left it on for about 10 minutes and the progress bar hasn't budged. I've tried doing both soft and hard boots, as well as re-seating the card to no avail. Any tips on forcing the Z10 to see the music and pics?

Last update min took a while to scan as well. The progress bar, like most progress bars, lies. Took 20 mins for mine to show complete and I have a ton of pics. I'm guessing you just have to wait a bit longer if you have a ton of stuff on it, especially larger files. Worst case, transfer it all to your computer, format the card in device and transfer it back if you really think it's an issue.

I formatted my 128GB card in my laptop, maybe if I'd had waited the q10 would have done it. With larger data things have a different pace.
