Could you tell me if 4 megs per month would be sufficient for casual use, as in e mails and some surfing??

Also how many web pages could a person view, how many e mails could a person receive for 4 megs (approx)

My last bill was almost 4mgs and I do very little surfing but get 50 to 100 emails per day
