    Some people say that they have 30 days to return a new phone. I am sure I was told 14 when I got my new 8900 from Tmob, but I was not a new Tmob customer. Is there a difference when you're a new customer, and could it be that you have 14 days to return the new phone and 30 days to cancel service with the carrier if you're new? I'm confused.

    At&t and most carriers are 30 days but T-Mo is only 14 and they will charge you for the service for the days you use if you return it.

    AT&T = 30 days
    Sprint = 30 days
    T-Mo = 14 days

    I think those are all right.
