Isnt it awfully peculiar that 3 out of our 4 blackberry's on tmobile are ALL developing odd keyboard issues? all of a sudden the phones just start to behave erradically, press the trackball to open a message and the response is (no unread msgs), or press a key on the board and NO response. Yet, if we let them sit or ignore the issues they start working completely fine for a while (maybe a few hours or a coupld of day). 1 is a 8320 curve and the other 2 are 8100 pearls. Have done a complete wipe of data, reuploaded recent firmware, left battery out for a day, etc.. i just find it odd this is happening all at once..

    Any thoughts?

Everyone that I know with a blackberry is on t-mobile. No problems with any. I hear complaints about the G1 for other t-mobile people, and most everyone I know that has ATT has had all kinds of issues ever since ATT took over Cinglular.

Ok issue solved! Sent phone to bbrepairshop and they said they needed ultra sonic cleaning. Apparently the keypad was corroded. 50 dollar job and all is fixed.
