As I was looking at the shares of RIMM, I looked at the volume that the company counted with and saw that it was very close to 100M. Because of that I decided to make this post to call the attention of this great milestone that RIM has reached, as an accomplished dream, thanks to BlackBerry 10.
What do you think about this?

Thats actually just the days Volume, as in the trades made today. There has been a few days in the past 2 weeks that RIMM has topped 100m in Volume, which is high. On average, over the past 30 days, typically 50 million shares are traded daily. It seems like indicators you might like better, without getting overly complicated are the Market Capitalization (value of all outstanding shares), and the Shares Outstanding (aka, the amount held by investors and the company).

It looks like shares atm are over 510m, and Market Capitalization is around 9.2 billion (which is a sizable increase from about 3 weeks ago when it was around 6.8 billion).

Its definitely a good time to be a RIMM investor, especially if you bought in Sept when stocks were under $7, and are now close to $18. A 150% increase is quite nice. I imagine a bunch of Apple investors are currently weeping openly.

funds are probably trying to manipulate the markets (screw their customers) as best they can to tr and unload their privately held shorts.

FWIW: I never heard of this occurring but I wouldn't doubt it. Fund manager X shorts RIMM. Gets screwed. Manager buys in Fund Y screwing customers ABC having money in Fund Y while unling Fund X managers shorts.
