contacts in my address book that start with 436, 439 when i push call the 011 comes up preceeding the number. only those exchanges. Anybody know why? thanks

Check your smart dialing. Press the green dial button to bring up the recent calls list. Press menu and choose options, then go into smart dialing.

i did that there is nothing there to make that happen. any other ideas?

Are you absolutely sure that neither country code nor area code are set to 011? I don't know of any other way you could have a problem of your type.
