We upgraded our Z30, 2xQ10 and Passport to 10.3.1.2558 and now we can't restore our stickers. We both have about 70 stickers each! I tested it out by buying a sticker on my z30 then associating my BBM to Q10 then Passport but NONE of them transfer to it. Only the free ones do. If i try to buy them, it says I already purchased it and wont be charged again. How do i get them to download again. Doing a refund on about 140 stickers is not a good solution. This is something that will make me hate Blackberry if I can't get it resolved

Do a search of the forums. Others are also reporting paid stickers are missing.

Am having a similar issues.
All but one of my paid stickers was restored upon updating.

I have about a dozen packs and only the Duck Dynasty pack failed to restore once I tapped on "restore" from the menu.

Very strange.

For any app, service, or sticker set purchased in BBW, there should have been a purchase receipt emailed to you at the email address you have associated with your BBID. Just go to a PC (easier to filter), retrieve the proof-of-purchase email. On that same email there is a link to contact app support services. I'm sure you can have all issues resolved after presenting your order number.
