    I touch a pin and it says sent but when I look in my sent request they all say last was Dec 11th and that was the last day it worked

    I'm having the exact same problem, Dec 27 2014 I got an invite. I haven't been able to accept it and now I can't add anyone new and the screen freezes everytime I go "add contacts"

    There is nothing called troubleshooting in BBM... if u have an issue with ur BB, buy a new one.. preferably something other than BB

    This is what i will do if i have such a problem.. thank god I dont have it so far... sorry for u mate
