    when i open bbm it always loading without end so I have deleted to Install new one but the deleting was taking so much time so i turned off me bb and turn it on the i thought that bbm was deleted but when I have entered blackberry world to download bbm i have found in my installed applications bbm is installed altough i cant find it in my mobile and i can not delete in my account to download new one so what can I do?
