    I use BBM Video and Voice a lot! From past 6 months or more, I don't see Natural Sound working. I don't know if it's a problem with my ISP or Natural Sound is discontinued.

    Do you get Natural Sound?

    Sound is still good. I don't recall seeing the logo anymore but sound is still top notch. I find that BBM Voice is better than my cell calls.

    Natural sound is only between two BlackBerry 10 devices capable of it. I believe z30, passport and classic
