I think if Bbm had some sort of random friend finder like a shuffling chat app so people could make more Bbm contacts /chat mates. Have a like or dislike button. Then you can choose to add them to your contacts or something along those lines. Kind of a way to meet bbm users from all over the globe. Should help people get more contacts in their bbm and in turn making the app used more and give it more appeal to new users that have no friends that use bbm.

I think if you could send multiple pictures instead of 1 at a time that would be a great and much needed fix.
