    Was wondering if it's possible to update the BBM on my Q10 through my pc? I'm asking because my Q10 has the issue where I can't update BBM because one of the software updates screwed up my Blackberry ID and doesn't recognize my password....

    Can I connect my Q10 to my pc and update BBM that way?

    No to update bbm you have to use your correct BlackBerry id
