i have new bold 9900. i have blackberry service from my service provider. problem with bold 9900, it make and received call so as text message. but cannot browse internet neither cant use fully bbm services.. Same sim card if i put into my curve blackberry works everything fine.. but doesnt work properly into bold 9900.. update the software so as someone ask me to do host routing... but again nothing happened. under host routing its nothing its completely blank.
i can manage to use the service over home WIFI but not with network bbm service.. clearly its nothing wrong with network service as sim works perfectly fine with all bbm service in my Curve blackberry..... NEEED help please

Hello and welcome. Sounds like everything works on wifi but sounds like your carrier data plan is not working. Call your carrier?
