    My group members have been facing problems in uploading new pictures and recording voice notes to BBM Multi-Person chats. There is always a error message saying there are too many members. A picture attached to this thread.

    Why are you still on BBM? And if you want your complaints to be taken seriously, why post them here? Did you file all your feedback at bbm.com? If you have, what did they say? If you haven't, try it...

    They reply back in illegible English and ask if we can speak to them in Indonesian. Not surprising since only Indonesians seem to use BBM these days.

    Wow, that's pretty ****. Doesn't make sense to me at all. Surely you want to maintain some global support, as it also indirectly helps protect your Indonesian user base...
