I have made a mistake when deleting a bbm contact but did not make a copy of chat history of that contact, so how to restore chat history of a deleted bbm contact? Please help. I'm using bbm on blackberry Q10, OS Version 10.2.1.3247

if you deleted the contact, used to be the chat history was still saved on the device. That was back in OS7. I don't know if you can get the history back if you are looking now at the your history. Check to see if it's there. if not, you cannot restore it as far as i know. I'm not sure if a backup of your settings would allow for restoration of the history. That's about the only thing I can think of.
