    I'm having a minor issue with emotes not looking the same in the hub as they do in BBM proper and tweeted @BlackBerryHelp regarding the issue. This was their reply. Am I wrong to believe that core apps like BBM can't be deleted?

    I imagine that was a "standard" response for BBMx users on Android and iOS.

    The conversation started with me saying that the emotes looked different in the hub than they do in the app proper. Plus I had told them what OS I was on and that I was on an STL100-3. If they thought I was on anything other than a BlackBerry then they are even more dense.
