    Hi I have just bought a z30 a week back. I was loving bbm like hell. For some reason I did a factory swipe out n since then settings section on my bbm is not appearing... m struggling badly..

    Can any one help????

    1/ why did you do a factory swipe?
    2/ what did you re-install
    3/how did you re-install
    all the above will tell us or help us determine what went wrong. I would say corrupt install.

    try deleting BBM altogether from your Z30, reboot. Re-install from Appworld and see how you go.

    When you say settings are not appearing? you mean when you swipe down? is that correct?
