    After updating to the latest OS and "restoring" BBM purchases, all my previously purchased packs are back... except for my most used pack: Duck Dynasty.

    I've tried the "restore" button in BBM multiple times and all my other purchased packs restore fine, except for the one I actually use.

    Anyone else experiencing this or have any idea what's going on?

    For any app, service, or sticker set purchased in BBW, there should have been a purchase receipt emailed to you at the email address you have associated with your BBID. Just go to a PC (easier to filter), retrieve the proof-of-purchase email. On that same email there is a link to contact app support services. I'm sure you can have all issues resolved after presenting your order number.

    No, but that shouldn't be an issue. Many of my stickers are no longer available in the store, but were still restored (Garfield, WWE, South Park, etc.).

    I have the same issue. I switched my BBM from one phone to the another and stickers disappeared? Any clues?
