    Kind of ironic that I am telling all of my friends to get BBM and that it's now available on iOS and Android, but one of my friends who has a BB Curve, and doesn't have BIS data, can't get BBM. She also has an iPod Touch, but thats not a phone, so it's not supported.

    So sad.

    Getting a data plan with BIS is an additional $20-$40 a month.
    She's on call+text right now.
    She has an ipod touch and uses it for facebook and whatsapp over WiFi.
    No BBM on the ipod touch though.
