    This happened on my friends Z30 too. A liitle readup of the issue... when on 3g everything works well video and audio call. Same was the case on Wifi too.

    Then one fine day Wifi video calls and voice calls could not be done.

    Solution which i got... change modem settings to DHCP from PPPoE. It did the trick for us.

    Earlier everything was fine on Wifi with PPPoE but then it got bad until we used DHCP.

    Offside of using DHCP is you have to log in manually and log out manually if you want to use PPPoE again...

    Tried to call a friend on a S5 last night and the call goes thru but the other person cant hear me, what a pain in the A ss! the phone icon on my Z30 is now white not green since I updated to 10.3.0.1418 and it was hit and miss on 10.2......
