I have a new Passport recently switches from my old passport to an at&t branded pp.

My friend always bought a brand new priv today and we can't talk to one another. He had bbm on his old galaxy and now can't talk to me. It's very odd.

My girlfriend's priv can talk to me just fine.

I've tried restarting and also the sim remove and replace trick.

Any ideas? Thx!

Deleting and re adding me as a contact did the trick!
