    I can't find the message retraction feature anymore. The timed feature is still present, however. Help.

    In BBM, if you hold down on the message, a menu will pop out from the side and give you the option.

    Just to add, message retraction does not work if the other person is on a pre-BlackBerry 10 device, there's no option to retract the message.
