    Trying out BBM Voice on my Z10. But I'm barely able to hear the person on the other end.

    The other person is using an iPhone and can hear me fine. What am I missing? No audio problems with standard phone calls.

    I think I found my problem. While calling or in call I pressed the on screen volume icon. Gave me a significant audio boost. Not sure why BlackBerry does this.

    Why not just have the audio at usable level from the default?
