    You have to sign up for the BlackBerry Beta Zone.

    Just go to blackberry beta zone on your pc (Google it). You have to sign up and look for BBM channels. Download channels file. Plug your phone into the PC and run the exe file. BlackBerry beta zone will email you a password as well that you will need to enter. Hope this helps.
