    Well I don't know if someone noticed this feature after the latest update but finally after many years I can video or voice with my data plan, by the same I am on AT&T

    I'm on wind - unlimited data / text / phone. It has always worked with all features.

    If my carrier blocked some data type. I'm pretty sure I would throw a global hissy fit.

    When did you update to 2141? It may take a day or so, but AT&T "service books" (if that's what they are called nowadays) will filter down to your phone once you have the AT&T sim card in. Sorry to be a buzz kill, but after that happens, wifi only video chat. I do hope I'm wrong though.
