Hey guys,, I need some help here..im using z10 as my device... and I always use my bbm every minute in my day. my contact now is about 1900 contact.
The problem is, I always try to broadcast to all my friends there... but it never happen... the screen say "the broadcast message sent to 1900contact", but the reality that no chat sent to anybody in my contact...why this happen?



Maybe because of my contact is too much or cause of any reason... and any way to solve this problem... please for your help, because broadcast message is important for me, remeber I am a seller of online shopping here. thats why I use bbm for selling my product...thx

When I send broadcasts to specific friends, more than 70, it goes through smoothly and I can make sure by viewing individual conversations.
I can only assume that there's a limit to the number of contacts you can broadcast to, or that those broadcasts do go through but you might have to check with one of the contacts to be sure.
