    Is this a used device? It obviously wants you to sign in with the first email you used on it. A security wipe should fix it.

    Nope. This my my own device and this is the first email also. Before, I did deleted this account and I create the new one with the same email address. Now I cannot use it on BlackBerry. While I can use it on IOS. Then?
