    Here is an article from BlackBerry support that explains the issue. KB32306-When synchronizing calendar data using the BlackBerry Desktop Software the error "CRTranDB::AddNew : Duplicate record Id" is displayed

    As far as I know the only solution is to delete your Desktop Manager, clean the registry files (use Ccleaner free software), then reinstall Desktop Manager. Make sure you shut down and restart your computer after each process to ensure everything works as it's meant to.
