    Have anyone found out how to properly backup and restore bbm chats using the latest back up now feature?

    I cannot find a file, after I press back up it doesn't do anything from what I can see.

    There was a thread earlier thinking this was a "cloud" backup option that might not be completely rolled out yet. Im not 100% sure though

    What's confusing about it? It backs up the chats in a file that you won't find and will be restored automatically if you lost BBM for any reason like a corrupts build or anything

    I just wiped my Z30 and I couldn't restore bbm chats.

    I tried restoring just bbm from backup and using all the tricks that used to work for me before.

    Bbm is so frustrating.
