    I have a BlackBerry Z10 on 10.2.1. A buddy of mine has a Z30 on 10.3.1. We can text chat via BBM no problem, but when I try to Voice or Video him it rings and rings and then at the end a message pops up that reads something like the person is currently try unavailable. He also tells me his little Voice / Video box is gray. He's in wifi BTW.
