Hello,

I was wondering why I don't have the voice chat button to my contacts in BBM.

My girlfriend has the newest version of BBM on her iPhone 5 ios 7. I have the newest on my Z30 sta 100-2.
But there's still no button for a voice call. What am I doing wrong?

Also in the settings on BBM I can't toggle on the option 'allow BBM calls over mobile networks'

I hope anyone can help me with that. I would like to call my girlfriend, no matter over cellular or wifi.

And I am NOT seeing it anywhere.

to make it more clear: I am not able to make make voice calls over BBM. I don't see the button, I don't see the options, I just can't voice call my girlfriend. Neither on cellular NOR on wifi. I have a quite fast connection so that shouldn't be the problem.

I've gone into BBW and got the BBM voice "app", installed and it's now there.

BBM Voice is truly amazing. The call quality is the best I've ever experienced, it's like the people I'm calling are right next to me. Just wow.



In case of iOS the only reasonable answer is: You are holding it wrong!

No, honestly, have you already tried to call from the iPhone to your BlackBerry?

If the iOS BBM app has no access to the microphone of the iPhone (for any settings reason...), then the call feature will not work.
I would suggest: Delete and re-install BBM on the iPhone and make sure the app gets the neccessary permissions.

And if that doesn't work, I would upgrade to iOS 8 and BB 10.3 on both devices...because it's about time, isn't it?^^
