    Hello all,

    Before I start trouble shooting other causes, thought I might just check if it is even possible for others.

    Knowing that BBM Video calls are not cross platform for BB10 phones like the Classic, but is BBM Voice cross platform?

    I have tried calling an international friend's iPhone who has BBM installed and both of us have 'allow calls over mobile data' turned on. I'm using my BlackBerry Classic (ClassicSQC100-1/10.3.2.2876) but can't seem to get the connection to go through.

    If BBM Voice is in fact cross platform for BB10 phones, could the issue be that the iPhone BBM account is newly created?

    Yes, BBM Voice calls are cross platform with BB10, iOS and Android.

    Where is your friend located? Some carriers will block certain traffic on their networks.

    Well do note that BBM voice calls require a minimum of 3G or good WiFi connection.
