    Z10 v10.2.1.176 updated BBM via BlackBerry World but now it will not open. I have pulled the battery, the sim card, stood on my head and rubbed my belly whilst saying the alphabet backwards..... and nothing. I can't find a way to delete or reinstall. Wiping the device is not an option... as much as I love bbm I would rather do without and be chastised by my I friends than have to reinstall the operating system, apps, settings etc.

    Anyone have an idea(s) how to resolve???

    You will have to side load an older version. I had to as well after the upgrade didn't work. There are instructions in the forum, just do a quick search.

    Yeah me too. I'm not going back, guess I'll do without BBM until ATT gets a 10.2.1. Version that works ...dang leaks. But it's so much nicer.
