I have been accessing BBM for a while on my Z10 and thought it was working ok until today with the big launch. I have family whom I added with IOS etc but some features were not working on my phone. So I go into blackberry world wanting to try and reinstall the app and it says "Unavailable for this Device" and no option to remove. Like it's there but it's not. Then I go on BlackBerry website and apps search for BBM and it says "The item is not available for your device". Is anyone else with a Z10 having this problem?

I had that problem. The only way I could solve it was to install a leaked OS.

Real bummer trying to finally connect with BBM and find out my own is not working. I hate to wipe my device and hope to find a way of deleting it and reinstall.

Thanks zoster I tried the link and still says "Unavailable for my device ". BBM is installed and opens and last week I noticed any new apps I installed that wanted to connect would fail.

Have you previously been using BBM Channels Beta? If so, install this again from Beta Zone in order to gain access.

Guys it is like that in BlackBerry world said unavailable for this device
You can't delete bbm but you can sideload bbm. Bar file from different os as long same level with your current os for example you can sideload bbm from os 10.2.0.1725 that have dark theme options to 10.2 os you on

Awww thanks higher destiny checked and yes I did install the beta 10.2.20.37 forgot all about that. Tired of it now and will try reinstall or remove tomorrow.

Side load for a blackberry device? Does not sound good if BBM can't support its own devices.

Thanks for everyone's help I ended up reloading the device. This did help with apps not connecting to BBM so that is fixed. Still shows in BlackBerry World as not available but seems to be working so I am happy.
